− It was expensive for the facility Didn't have a Continental breakfast and all the snacks were extremely expensive. I stayed in one in Massachusetts last weekend and it was a lot nicer

− I was very disappointed about the fact that you were charging for parking at that location. I find it preposterous and money grabbing the charge for parking in South Portland in an office park. I felt like the hotel has gone down substantially. I actually worked there in college years ago. This hotel used to be a good destination and a fairly upscale stay. Now it just feels like every other crappy hotel searching for a buck.
