10.0Helpful Staff , there is one staff who can speak english with her help then we can travel around the old town and also managed to book a 1 day trip to Jade snow dragon moutian. If you want to try BBQ and Hot Pot just ask the staff , we have tried it - we ended up to have it for our every dinners! The staff is super!!

10.0Beautiful decor with excellent service from the staff. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and provided good suggestions on day tours and things to do in Lijiang. The manager was also very helpful in providing tips on where to eat and what to buy. Breakfast was tasty and they even offer second helping if you're still not full from the big bowl of noodles. Location was good as it's not too far from the main square and to the main roads which was important for transport pick-up for tours and airport. However, finding it may be a little complicated but just made a call to the hotel and they would come and pick you up accordingly.

10.0Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was spacious. Overall, really clean rooms with a feel good vibe all round. Front desk was superv being very efficient and friendly during the whole check-in process. Also, during checkout, staff was attentive and helpful.Buffet breakfast was good. Great staff, good selection. Worth the price paid. All in all, we had a fabulous stay there. Definitely will stay here again the next trip! Must look for manager 小明 ,his recommended the restaurant and stuff was Super good ,👍👍 真的谢谢你让我们的的丽江之旅真么的开心
