Absolutely disappointing
1.0location thats all they have left
− Service, club lounge, quality of food administration process( charged twice and we gave them multiple opportunities to correct it but they failed every time. The concept of high end service does not exist except the bell man . They truly destroyed a 60th birthday celebration. We will not be returning back after 40 years of being loyal guests
