Not a great stay for a 5star hotel
4.0The hotel was extremely dated. The check in was difficult. There was not anyone who could speak English well Night to communicate. I would have expected that from a 5 star hotel. The room was dirty- sheets were stained, bathroom air con was leaking in to the floor, conditioner bottle was empty, couch was dirty. The pool was nice however it was difficult to get service at the pool. The hotel needs a lot of renovations and service updates. I overall would not stay here again given the other choices in the city.
