10.0First of all, the employees were so friendly and helpful. Manuela, in particular, who was our concierge, went above and beyond to make our trip special. She's very special. The bar/ restaurant was wonderful. The location is perfect for shopping, eating, and exploring old Quebec. The rooms are bright and comfortable.
