Ok but disappointed
4.0The check in time of 15:00 is too late given we were expected to check out at midday . This does not add up There was no USB connection for us to charge phones , when we called reception they had no spare plug for socket. Luckily we had one ! The hotel offered to take our phone away to charge it ......who dies that when everyone has telephone banking ! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The carpets are tired looking The bathroom still has a tub instead of walk in shower Tiles, and bathroom surroundings are in desperate need of an update For £300 per night the expectation is higher , felt it was more £150 per night Please set up additional lifts, the one lift is slow Please also offer breakfast buffet as part of the package , constantly offering a la carte breakfast is not required
− Lifts need improving - need another one Bathrooms need updating to walk in shower and update tiles and surrounds Carpets on rooms need changing Please fit USB sockets for charging phones
