10.0We were so impressed with the banquet team as well as the team at the Starbucks in the lobby. They did a wonderful job. We felt so taken care of. They went above and beyond for us and we will be sure to host future events at the Hilton Post Oak. Also a shout out to Christina who is an absolute goddess!!

From the moment we arrived, he consistently went above and beyond—always welcoming us with a smile, handling our car quickly, and making us feel like valued guests. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression. I’d also like to recognize AJ at the front desk for being friendly, efficient, and making check-in a breeze. Employees like Allen are what make guests want to return. Thank you for making our Houston weekend such an enjoyable one!
