The location is very good and the pool and sauna at the top floor is very nice. However, I have stayed here 3 times in 2026 and some notions: This place is neglecting deep cleaning. Hallway carpets have an unclean, noticeable smell and stains all over the floors. The sauna area smells like there is biofilm under the floor mats. Also the sauna has noticeable build up on the floors and windows. In one of the superior rooms that we stayed the plumbing in the sink did not work, it flooded the floor. Furthermore, even though they use place reservations for breakfast with specific time slots, we were unable to get in at the time reserved as the place was too full. So not the best but mostly okay.

We have just got back from a great few days. We based our selves at this hotel which we booked through TUI. 3 of us stayed in a family room which was a double bed and a sofa bed. which was rather cramped but do able as we were there for 4 nights and we were out the majority of our stay. We were told we got free tea and coffee in our room, seeing as there were 3 of us we only had 2 cups and coffee for only 2 people and over the 4 days we only got this topped up twice. We did have a lovely view from.our window overlooking Tōõlon park and the hotel was well situated for the town centre and if you want to visit sealife and the theme park. The breakfasts were always amazing so much choice and plenty of it. We never had a evening meal as the options weren't that great and the prices were very expensive. But theres so much choices to eat near by and in the city centre. We never had any problems getting the lift and waiting times weren't an issue. The pool did get very busy with kids so if you want to go for a quiet swim it's best to go first thing in the morning. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel .

Might be nice for off-season stays

The amenities are superb, but extremely small compared to guest capacity. When the hotel is booked full, you won't get to enjoy the nice rooftop saunas or pool (unless you sneak in before 9 am). After waiting for 10 minutes just for elevator vacancy (no stairs option), nothing underlined the overbooked rush like running out of coffee cups at the breakfast.

Large but nice hotel

Stay was comfortable and breakfast great. Just the elevator queues were very annoying - it took sometimes ten minutes to get from the third floor to the ground floor, and the only staircase was "personnel only".

Aamiainen on parhaita, joita olen hotelleissa saanut. Huone oli upea (otin huoneluokan korotuksen saavuttuamme, kun sitä tarjottiin). Sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua. Huone oli siisti.

− Hotellin saunatiloissa tuli epämiellyttävä tunne. Saunatilan eteisessä haisi mädäntyneelle - veikkailin mielessä johtuuko siitä, että muovisia käytävämattoja ei siivota niiden alta tarpeeksi usein, ei lattiaa eikä mattoja. Lisäksi naisten suihkun toisen pään viemäri ei vetänyt, joten joutui ikävästi seisomaan toisten sekä omassa paskavedessä suihkussa käydessä. Molempina iltoina, jotka hotellissa vietimme, sama homma.
