6.0Close to the airport with free shuttle. However, we had to wait a long time for the shuttle at the airport.
− No free coffee available in the AM — that seems standard and should’ve been included with the price. The coffee in the room was not great.
Terrible first impression
2.0Room was unready despite it being 1:00 pm. Was then forced to sit in the lobby and wait for it even though it was booked days in advance. Honestly worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while and the front desk lady acts like she has other things to do.
