− 1. Manglende ventilation på badeværelset: Der var ingen ordentlig ventilation, hvilket medførte fugtproblemer. 2. Vand på badeværelsesgulvet: Gulvet blev ved med at være vådt, og jeg var nødt til at bruge to håndklæder til at tørre det op. 3. Manglende hårtørrer: Der var ingen hårtørrer på værelset. Jeg efterspurgte den allerede tirsdag og ringede flere gange, men den blev aldrig leveret. 4. Manglende opfølgning fra personalet: En tekniker skulle komme og undersøge problemerne, men dukkede aldrig op. 5. Utilstrækkelige ophængningsmuligheder: Der var kun to kroge på badeværelset, hvilket var upraktisk. 6. Ødelagt tørresnor: Tørresnoren på badeværelset fungerede ikke. 7. Defekt toiletbørsteholder: Håndtaget/holderen var løst og fungerede ikke ordentligt

Our Spa facilities and indoor pool are open from 08:30 to 22:00. Spa therapies are available from 12:30 to 21:00. The use of wet facilities and the indoor pool is permitted for guests aged 16 and over at all times. Spa guests aged 6 to 15 are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool daily during family hours (11:00 to 16:00), accompanied by a parent or family member, who must sign a waiver and remain in the hydrotherapy zone.
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00 at our rooftop venues on the 8th and 9th floors, offering panoramic views of the city.
