− One elevator didn’t work right was told by another guest don’t ride that one it get stuck all the time, was hot in the lobby area the rooms where also hot the ac could’ve been better

− Our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the hotel facilities and accommodations. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the room extremely warm and uncomfortable, especially with temperatures reaching the triple digits outside. We requested assistance, but the issue was never resolved to an acceptable standard. Even the front desk staff had fans running, which suggested that the cooling problems extended beyond just our room. Additionally, the elevators were not functioning properly. They were extremely slow, and when they finally arrived, the doors often closed too quickly, causing us to miss the elevator and wait again. Overall, the property felt very outdated and in need of significant upgrades and renovations. It was clear that this is an older hotel that has not been adequately maintained or modernized. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
