10.0Das Hotelpersonal ist außergewöhnlich professionell-- vertrauenswürdig,freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent! Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Oxford Street, U-Bahn Bond Street und der Park am Grosvenor Square ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Qualität der Speisen im Gordon Ramsay Bar&Grill ist hervorragend. Ich habe danach noch 6 weitere Nächte im Hotel verbracht.
− Leider war das Fitness Center geschlossen. Es gab keinen Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
