2.0위치랑 시설이 좋았습니다.
− 호텔 아침식사에 크로아상을 따듯하게 하고있었는데 크로아상을 넣지 말라는 경고 표지판을 못봤습니다. 한 늙은 남자직원이 갑자기 화를 내며 소리를 질렀습니다. 나는 그것을 못봤다고 미안하다고 했는데 더 신경질을 내며 시끄럽게 만들었습니다. 직원 교육이 필요한것 같습니다. 너무 기분이 안좋았고 사과를 했는데도 오히려 더 신경질을 냈습니다.

6.0Friendly front desk staff. Excellent location close to tram to bring you into the centre of the city. Good little gift shop and coffee shop. Foyer is very nice.
