- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) - Horrible quality of linen - towels were worn thin (not 5 star quality), pillowcases had holes in them - Bed was hard. Like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. - WIFI too slow. - Hotel staff do not look like they want to be there - no greeting, no smiles, look annoyed when called to room, unwilling to help, doorman is not there 50% of the time - Shower water pressure not good - Lotion not provided - 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner - No coffee and tea provided - Only one staff at reception can speak English and they didn’t even directly speak to guests - as a hotel under an American brand that’s supposed to be catered towards international guests, this is unacceptable

价格是5星级酒店的价格，酒店根本达不到准5星，就是招待所水平，，旅途中最扫兴的就是住了这个酒店 The hotel does not reach the standard 5 stars. It is the level of the Motel. The most disappointing thing in the trip is to stay at this hotel.

We like the Hotel unfortunately the local are most unruly smoking all over the place, make the whole place smell so bad & LOUD shouting about No understanding of personal space. Most the staff DON’T speak a word of English but very helpful when we ask for coffee in the breakfast room they do go out the way to make us some fresh brew .
