Excellent. I really appreciated the return to the airport shuttle.
9.0I was stranded in Chicago due to weather. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming. This was so nice as it was the 4th of July and I had been traveling from Athens, so over 30 hours. The front desk clerk encouraged me to go order dinner ASAP before they closed. I was so hungry and appreciated this tip.

Outstanding Staff & Convenient Location
10.0I had a very comfortable stay at this Marriott. I want to give a special shoutout to Kawam, Greta, Abraham, Jared, Moe, and Emily for providing outstanding customer service. Every interaction was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, although it could use a few updates to modernize the property. One suggestion I have is to display the pool hours on the pool door, as that would be very helpful for guests. One of the best features of this hotel is its location. The Blue Line train station is directly behind the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get downtown without having to drive. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit enjoyable!
