− Die Unterkunft hat 47.62 $ mehr als auf Booking.com angezeigt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Beim Check-Out wurde dies nur damit erklärt, dass es sich vermutlich um eine Steuer handelt und eine Erstattung verweigert. Auf der Rechnung finden sich allerdings keine Positionen, die sich auf 47.62 $ summieren und dies plausibel machen würden. In jedem Fall wirbt Booking.com damit, dass alle Gebühren im Preis inkludiert seien, was die Mehrbelastung in jedem Fall unrechtmäßig macht. Der Support gibt an eine E-Mail an die Unterkunft gesendet zu haben, ignoriert die Angelegenheit jedoch seit über einem Monat. Auch telefonisch erreicht man nur eine KI, die das Anliegen dann verschriftlicht. Früher war der Booking.com Support ausgezeichnet, scheint jetzt aber wohl mit AI zusammengespart worden zu sein. Ich werde in Zukunft vermutlich auf andere Buchungsportale ausweichen.
