It was great except the shower dripped and the toilet didn’t flush.

Luckily we won't be back since we won't be visiting Pittsburgh for a while.

− Staff was terrible. She tried to scam me by attempting to charge a $50 fee for early check in, where the website does not state that policy. Also looked like goose shit outside the entrance???

− Staff-poor customer service. Towels/ washcloths- found with multiple strains of hair on them
Nice hotel but does not meet the expectation of a Hilton Hotel.
7.0It’s family oriented and staff were pleasant.
− No room service. The main pool was empty and the housekeeping staff don’t speak a word of English. You need to train them. Upon check in I had to block a ridiculous amount on my credit card under additional expenses ( same amount as room charges!). I was not aware this was a rule and my card limit was not allowing the transaction. Luckily I had enough cash on me to pay for the room charges in cash and I put the additional expenses on my card. You need to inform the guests about this policy so they know what to expect.

10.0Free parking, beds and pillows were so comfy. Pool was big, heated and clean. Nice big hot tub. Staff were very polite.
