First time in Key West
10.0Beautiful hotel! This was our first time in Key West and we fell in love. We picked the worse time to come with the sargassum and humidity, but that didn’t spoil our trip. We rented bikes for 2 days and a golf cart for another to explore. We hit all the spots we planned. We had fantastic meals near by and made wonderful memories! Asheko and Kat at the front desk were fabulous! They checked us in and out and were always there to answer our questions. Both were very friendly and seemed happy to assist us. Connor called when our room was ready and also was friendly. I seen Connor one time leaving for the day and as he walked out to the parking area he asked me how my stay was so far! That made me smile as he seemed to care even after his shift was over. Although I didn’t use the food service around the pool, Stephanie checked on us several times and asked if we needed anything. She kept busy circling the pool to make sure all guests were taken care of. It was very impressive in such heat. Lastly, we had a discrepancy on our bill where there was a charge to our room that wasn’t ours. Ricky (restaurant manager) in the Four Marlins restaurant handled it so quick and apologized genuinely. What could have been a frustrating situation was done with such ease. We appreciate people like Asheka, Kat, Connor, Stephanie, and Ricky. We were also stopped on our bikes by valet guy also named Ricky who offered to suggest places to eat. He was extremely polite and informative! Thank you for a great experience!
