Adaptive banquet service with a wonderful event team.
10.0Since the last event hosted at this hotel banquet venue, we have returned again for a meeting and dinner. The team was accommodating in assisting with the decoration and properly managing the AV equipment for us. Ivan & Anson were very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble during our event. We had a problem with the power support of a light board upon arrival. Ivan, being very accountable, offered a solution and went above and beyond; special thanks to the head of the engineering team, Nam, whom I remember for his great help in fixing the power plug for us, which was excellent work! Emily from the EM team was very organized, from dealing with the contract to the event day. She provided us all a warm welcome, was respectful, and approachable to ensure everything went seamlessly with her great assistance.
