− The only complaint was the bathroom tubs have no handles low for ederly people to hold on to get up out of tub! The handle is up high!

It served the purpose, since it was close to Herman Memorial Hospital

− The bed felt like it had broken springs on one side. Could not make the room any cooler nor could you read the temperature. The cold-water faucet at the bathroom sink was so tight you could barely turn it.. Had to leave quickly, so didnt get a chance to the staff.
