Best Hotel on the Riverwalk
10.0First, this hotel has always been a favorite in downtown San Antonio. The staff, service and quality are top notch. I wanted to give out a huge shout to David, who was working the bar and food area today. He went above and beyond for us and made our day special for my wife and I. This is what I mean when I say that this is what you get at the Marriott Riverwalk.

− Service/ small swimming pool/ the reception lady was keeping a count on the water bottles we were getting that felt so cheap

10.0The stay was wonderful, but one person really stuck out. Lupe in the concierge lounge made my stay that much more memorable. She was so sweet and helpful and just radiated positivity. They are lucky to have her!
