10.0The evening meal was excellent cooked by the chef and first class presentation. A real treat. The waitress’s were attentive and polite. Both parts together made for an amazing experience.

10.0We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending the horse racing at haydock race course. The room was beautiful , the bed was divine and I slept so comfortably! There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs! It was my husband's 40th and we had just got married and Poppy brought a bottle of fizz to our room which was such a lovely suprise and we were so incredibly impressed! Unfortunately we didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but it smelt delicious and the pricing seemed very reasonable. We enjoyed a few drinks before leaving for the racing and the 3 girls on the bar (sorry ladies I didn't ask your names!) were so friendly and made drink recommendations based on my taste preference, they were very professional. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish ,I will certainly be returning to this hotel and highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff , you truly made our stay incredible. Forever grateful.
