6.0The beds were comfortable. Several employees were very kind and helpful.
− Limited F&B, no wash cloths, housekeeping gave us towels, but no other service; front desk clerk had very limited English and limited knowledge of local area, received no help in finding restaurants that were open and in walking distance. Hallways were dark and in need of renovation. Bathtubs were a safety hazard. The slope at the back of the tub made it dangerous to take a shower and get in and out successfully. We were there two days with a Trafalgar tour and one day on our own. Some employees were happy, kind and helpful; others were the opposite. A great difference.
