5.0The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that there was a way to send a text to the staff when something was needed. The location was good. I didn't really utilize anything nearby, however, there was a great deal of restaurants and shopping near by. I loved the fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the room.
− The first night, I texted the staff for fresh sheets and a blanket as I found staining on the sheets and blanket (which I provided pictures of). I removed the stained sheets and blanket and placed them on the couch as I didn't want them to take up space on the floor. The thin blanket fell on the floor the night prior, which I left since we were not utilizing it. A few days later, housekeeping changed the room and when I returned, I checked to see if they added the stained blankets (including the thin blanket that was on the floor) back on the bed which they did. I removed the blankets again, and as I only had one night left and it was late, I did not want to cause any issues. However, since finding the stained sheets and blanket the first night and having the dirty blankets added back onto the bed, I felt that the amount of money I spent did not reflect in the facility we were staying in.
