Overall, my stay was fair. This location could use some upgrades.
4.0The location was good for the event we were attending.
− To start, the woman a the check-in desk was far from "Friendly". In fact, she just walked up and begin clicking on her computer. I greeted her with a, "Hello", and she appeared to act as if I was inconveniencing her! The hallway from the lobby to the elevator was a nice distance and the hallway was dark and dingy! Only one of the two elevators were operatable, which made for a long wait. We stayed on the 3rd floor and once we got off the elevator, we were yet again, greeted with a dark and dingy hallway! This location could use some upgrades.

7.0− Stayed here for 3 nights. First night....no hot water. They gave me a different room.

10.0The staff was super friendly and very customer oriented. We were always pleasantly greeted. The breakfast area was super clean and well stocked. The parking area was large. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. Our room was small but included a desk chair, a pull out bench that slid another the table and another small side chair. Nice - as neither of us had to sit on the bed. Even though there was a group of youngsters there - maybe a baseball team, the hotel seemed very quiet. Overall a great experience. We stayed 3 nights.
