4.0− This is a run down property. It needs paint, signage, landscaping, cleaning. You name it. It my needs some investment.

We only started over night. I’ve stayed in worse places it was fine for an over night stay
9.0It reminded me of a Seattle hotel, the look and feel of it. The front desk guy was nice. And the pet deposit was only $10! The showers were nice.
− The pool wasn’t working, they don’t have breakfast, there was mystery stains on the ground..
Enjoyable stay
10.0The property is in very goood codition, either fairly new or recently renovated. Check-in was easy, once we got a small glitch straightened out. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and the covering duvet was good. Maid service was quick and complete. The room was clean and nicely appointed. No problems with the TV controls. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold items, with an attendant on duty. The only negative: they supply shampoo and conditioner in convenient squeeze dispensers in the shower, but still supply silly little cakes of soap. Also, management should consider applying something to make the tub less slippery.

− The outside of the hotel looks abandoned,no sign . It looks like a few abandoned cars in the parking lot. But those aren't abandoned I guess they were customers. There were on the outside that weeds just look like it was in the process of just being torn down it just looks super sketchy. Inside looks like somebody tried to make it look nice slapped Dakota paint on everything but didn't spend the money to really make it look good. And for what you get it's still too expensive. There's no ice, no breakfast,
