It was fine , just a little annoying when I had to keep going up and down for a key that worked
4.0Breakfast was very good.The one day that I hated during my stay. Well , every time I left and came back , I was on the ninth floor and my key wouldn't work several times
− I was on the 9th floor car back to the end of the hallway and every time, 3 or 4 times I went up there and my key wouldn't work, so I had to go all the way back down and then all the way back up got kind of annoying.
No place is perfect, but I am loyal to this property.
10.0This property has been my go-to for years because of the whirlpool rooms and the atrium. Now that they no longer offer the whirlpool rooms I still favor it (despite the great disappointment about the whirlpool rooms) because of the beautiful atrium, the affordable prices, and the breakfast.
− One of the staff who was at the front desk appeared offended and annoyed when I asked about check-in and just gestured to another staff instead of replying. I realized after this that she must not have been a front desk worker but another type of hotel staff. I understand that she couldn’t help me with what I needed, but I found the response a little inappropriate.
It was comfortable for the price.
10.0The breakfast was not good enough there should be a decent cook to prepare the meal, there wasn't enough love.
− The rooms and bathrooms are very in need of being updated. That was the only thing that I disliked. It didn't live up to Ramada by Wyndham reputation and name. You can give me a call at (717)963-5051 Sports Enterprise, LLC ask for John to get a estimate for the professional Remodeling of the Ramada at a very fair price.
