I stayed for only one night, instead of the 3.
5.0The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet expectations. The rugs were stained, when you moved furniture in the room, there were cobwebs, and there was a musty smell throughout the hotel

− The bar wasn’t open because bartender called off sick.
After being moved, stay was good

− Had to move rooms because all bedding including the pillows were wet. Almost like taken straight from washing machine and put on the bed. Young lady working in the evening on Tuesday was very apologetic and moved me to a different room. Actually felt bad for her because she was embarrassed that the house keeping team was at fault. She truly cared.

− The hotel lacks cleanliness and needs uplift and update. Holidays Inn needs to keep up with their quality. If I needs to be at cheap hotels I would had gone somewhere else
