− The gym equipment half was not even working...The pool bars are a safety hazard and coming out of the ground . If they would fix those it would probably bring better business.

3.0Rooms were clean
− Stained up carpet, the pool did not work. The racket ball rooms were unusable, the outside doors are not secured. They're taped off. So the cards don't have to open them. The awnings had a hole in them.
Conveniently located, provided place to sleep, and online booking was simple.
7.0The facility was conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, Starbucks, and stores. It was also easy access on and off the highway.
− Rooms were outdated, especially the carpets. The bathroom was very tight quarters.
Could use a lot of TLC
2.0Exterior doors don't lock, walls are paper thin, door has gaps to allow light and noise, pool was out of service, HVAC barely cooled.
