3.0Staff were friendly
− Our room was 701 on 7th floor. The lift doesn't go all the way so we had to use stairs. The windows were not double glazed and were rattling and draughty. We could hear street noise and sirens all night. The local gangs use Southampton row as a race track all night. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

− Whole hotel tired and needs updating and maintained. Our bathroom door had needed replacing

8.0Great hotel in Central location. Easy access to tube station and within walking distance to most places of interest. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are great.
− The elevator takes very long and the room wasn't 100% clean. To get hot water through the pipes to the shower on the top floor also takes long. A shame because it's a waste of water. But still the hotel is great and worth the money if you can live with small inconveniences.
