5.0− Cockroaches. If I saw 1 that's understanding, but there were multiple!

1.0Roaches were in my room i left 4 hours after I got there ,I was uncomfortable. Waste of my money

the food was ok. the room was not .the water pressure was horrible . our tub would not turn off
7.0− in the room the bathtub was gross .went to take shower in morning and the valve would not shut off! had to call maintenance and he could not fix it! good thing we were checking out!!!!!
The staff was good and breakfast was good.
1.0All was good until we had cockroaches in the room. The clerk came and kill 1 cockroack and we killed 2 more the next morning. Comfort Inn gave us a discount of 46.20 on our bill but I had to contact booking.com and I'm getting the runaround. Booking. com says that comfort has to send them paperwork and comfort inn says they done their part but nobody seems to know what they are doing. All I know is the booking.com has charged my credit card full price!

− The breakfast was not very good. Parking was also a problem. I had to park really far away. Overall, it was fine, but not exceptional.
