− Lacking in cleanliness.

− We did not stay here and the company is ignoring contacts. We’ve tried to make for a refund that they said we can have because they’re building is under renovations.
Great staff, renovations look good so far.

− We paid for a room that includes breakfast but did not get breakfast as the dining area was being remodeled. To go meals or a discounted room would have been service recovery but we were not offered either one.
