10.0Clean, comfortable room on the quiet side of town. Easy access from hwy 29. Check in with the owner was a breeze. He gave us dining recommendations. Leetha was helpful with anything we needed during the stay (extra coffee)
Shelter from the storm, for one night!

− Aging & tired-looking facility. No breakfast offered or available. Neighbors were quite loud, till late.

− Mattress wasn't soft, needed a layer of memory foam. Didn't care for the cleaning agent odor.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we are in the area.

Lacking customer service.
1.0It was convenient
− The manager berated me about using booking.com, saying that it was costing her money and hotels hate booking.com. She said I should just let her take care of my reservations on a continuing schedule through my work contract. That worked for one weekend and then she forgot to book me for the next weekend. She then didn’t have a single room available and tried to up-charge me for a double. The beds are hard and rooms are still covered in a layer of yellow- I’m guessing nicotine.
