8.0Over all good but the door on our room had problems closing and issues with the A/C

4.0No valet parking. Keys had to be uploaded every day. No restaurant in hotel
Sad stay in Memphis
2.0The hotel parking garage was destroyed and couldn't park but luckily there weren't many people there, so we parked by the door, and they comped the parking charge. The TVs in the hotel weren't working, the AC wasn't working so they put fans in each room which didn't help much at all and we didn't get a refund or discount. Brown toilet water the entire time and black bugs came out of the tub faucet each time.
