Perfekt for avslapping, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Personal(Kanchana) var alltid tilgjengelig visst en skulle lure på noe, og alltid like hyggelig. Vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet, og vil gjerne komme tilbake igjen her.

− Var et stykke fra sentrum, men hotellet stilte med gratis skyttelbuss, noe som hjalp veldig.

il y’a tout pour en faire un bon hôtel mais c’est catastrophique, mise à part le personnel au petit soin et très gentil et un cadre assez beau, il n’y a rien qui justifie le prix ! on a tout de même reçu des cookies et un sac à notre départ et un taxi nous a amener jusqu’à arugam gratuitement.

− - nid de fourmis dans les chambres - piscine privé extrêmement sale voire inutilisable (on ne l’a pas utilisé ) - piscine commune assez sale aussi - nourriture immangeable sincèrement il y’a une assiette que je n’ai pas pu toucher + vaisselle mal lavée - trop loin de la ville - parfois le personnel en voulant être présent en faisait beaucoup trop on se sentait surveiller et ça met très mal à l’aise. - mer à côté de l’hôtel trop agitée donc on peut pas s’y baigner. Ils ont du potentiel d’en faire un hôtel bien mais malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas c’est dommage mais on a fait 6 hôtel au sri lanka et c’était notre grosse dépense niveau logement pour se faire un kiff et finalement il finit dernier de notre classement bien derrière des hôtels à 50-100 $ la nuit !

She is absolutely the sweetest! ❤️ It was such a pleasure to arrive and be welcomed with a warm smile and such genuine kindness from the very beginning. She made sure we had everything we needed, and the entire staff was always available, friendly, and happy to help with anything we asked for. Even after check-out, she kindly let us stay at the property for as long as we wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful and not something you find everywhere. The place itself is amazing—it’s spacious, with a beautiful swimming pool, a private beach, and even a private pool in the room. Outstanding service, a truly personal touch, and a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it! 🤍

The service at the hotel was absolutely amazing. They brought me a birthday cake and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We had a truly wonderful experience. A special thank you to Kanchana, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and provided us with such warm and courteous service. We truly appreciate it!

Serene, Secluded, Luxurious, Friendly

We had an amazing stay at Aprota Villas, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warm hospitality. The property feels like a peaceful, secluded escape, with the beach just steps away and beautiful waves creating the perfect atmosphere. We stayed in one of the villas, and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. A special thank you to Kanchan, who went above and beyond while we were celebrating a birthday by arranging a cake, decorating our room, and even offering breakfast in bed. She was always there whenever we needed anything and truly made us feel looked after. Another unforgettable moment was thanks to Janidhu. After a long day out, we returned late hoping to have dinner, but they had run out of Sri Lankan roti and naan. Instead of simply saying it wasn’t available, he made fresh dough from scratch just for us. It’s thoughtful gestures like these that leave a lasting impression, and both Kanchan and Janidhu provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

− The only area for improvement would be having more English-speaking staff and ensuring there are more team members available around the property. There were a few occasions where it was difficult to find anyone, our landline calls went unanswered, and we waited nearly an hour for three drinks by the pool. That said, these were small issues in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Thank you for making our visit to Sri Lanka so memorable—we would happily recommend Aprota Villas and would love to return.
