− The cleaning outside the hallway
It was ok.
5.0I like the buffet breakfast.
− I didn’t like how ran down the rooms or the property was differing from the pictures posted above. There was also ALOT of activity going on throughout the property. Noisy guests throughout the night. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and renovated.

− The AC didn’t work in the room… they literally have to open your room door with tools because the keys doesn’t work. So we couldn’t leave out unless they were able to break us in.. it was blood splatter on the wall yeah u heard me.. the night clerk must’ve been high or something she wasn’t helpful at all and spaced out
Bates hotel! Stay somewhere else!
2.0Horrible nasty broke down place. Stay somewhere else! Nothing worked. Not the ice machines or soda machines. No coffee in rooms. Carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years!
