I always stay at the Aloft for business and pleasure. Worst experience ever
2.0I like the location. The complementary coffee and friendly bar staff
− The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and the comforter was rough like sand paper. At one point the toilet wouldn't flush. The room next to mine had multiple guest in it with loud music, talking and laughing until4:30am when I had to go to the front desk for assistance. Didn't get a good night sleep before checking out the next morning for a 10 hour drive. An overall nasty experience.
