Overall, the stay was pleasant, except for the unreliable internet connection.
7.0− During my stay, the connection between my phone and the TV kept dropping, which made it difficult to watch content from my phone on the TV screen.
The room wasn't cleaned because they were short-staffed.
5.0− The room wasn't cleaned because they were short-staffed. We actually had to go down to reception just to get clean towels, and the AC was super noisy the whole time.
Good hotel in a central location
9.0The room was a decent size with comfortable bed and natural light. The bathroom was well equipped and had a good shower. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of foods. The hotel is next to a small park and a large shopping centre. There are a number of buses running from the area. There's a good choice of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel very near to the city centre
10.0Friendly staff, very close to the city centre, very roomy and comfortable rooms, very varied breakfast. We have an EV and had paid the discount hotel rate for the car park next to the hotel, which doesn't have charging facilities, but the hotel let us use the employee parking which did. Very nice, so we didn't need to go to eg the cabot circus parking to charge 👍 We also tried the hotel's restaurant, very good food 👍
