6.0Ease of parking is great. Staff friendly. Elevator was so busy. Had to wait 15 min to get from parkade to lobby to check in, then wait 10 min for elevator from lobby to room. Bath tub drain was stuck closed so had to shower in standing water. Tub drained slowly over the course of the night.

10.0The location was perfect for our needs. And it is a short walk to the False Creek waterfront park.

8.0The property was very convenient to access VGH and the Cancer Clinic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and amenities. We did find the outlets for plug in beside the beds did not work well as they were very loose. There were no usb plug ins. Updates in this area would be helpful.
