− Food was barely warm at the buffet but the staff was excellent. Shower was clogged but was taken care of the second day day

10.0Staff is Always sweet and friendly and helpful. The environment is very comfortable. I absolutely LOVE the pools and the whole setup is very grandkid friendly. The showers are amazing.
− The beds are not very comfortable if you prefer softer beds .......I do wish they would make milkshakes for late night snack after pool time
It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t recommend it nor would I stay here again.
6.0I really like the hotel staff. Everyone was kind and friendly
− I stayed here for four days and I started to notice everything was barely cleaned on the surface. I had to wear shoes in the room after I showered. Otherwise my feet would be black by the time I went to bed. There also is poor circulation in the bathroom, so I was smelling mold every time it was used. The Buffet was rarely stocked. My eating times ranged from 8-9 am. Buffet is open 6-10. Other than that this hotel served a purpose. Also one of the rooms I booked (which was non smoking had a terrible marijuana smell) they did give us another room but I shouldn’t have had to be separated from my group.
