10.0This Liberty-style villa is a gem of San Vincenzo architecture and its location is superb, beachfront and near all the town's amenities. The apartment was much larger than we expected. It was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The owner and staff make you feel very welcome and happily provide suggestions and tips. We will definitely return again soon!

1.0Good location, nice building outside. Rooms simple, but clean.
− Our stay was disappointing because of the excessive rules and the owner's attitude. We were told that swimming without a swim cap was forbidden, which feels outdated for modern hotels. We also received repeated warnings that the kitchen had to be cleaned perfectly or we could lose our €100 deposit. We always clean up after ourselves, but this felt more like a threat than a reasonable request. One evening, my sister and her family briefly came to sit outside our apartment after a walk. They were not staying overnight or using any facilities, yet they were told to leave because they were "not paid guests." Overall, the owner, Enrico, spends much of the day watching the property from his office in the courtyard, creating a constant feeling of being monitored rather than welcomed. We never felt we had any privacy.

1.0− L’accueil du propriétaire à cause d’un équipement noté sur Booking (accepte LES animaux). Le propriétaire veut accepter que un chien dans son établissement ! Il ne voulait pas nous accepter après 8h de voyage, deux chiens, et il était 18h30…. Bref ! À la fin, nous avons fait nos deux nuits mais la relation avec le propriétaire n’était pas agréable. Je trouve dommageable de subir les émotions d’un propriétaire mécontent.
