Special stay!
10.0Great hotel as a base for exploring Madrid with metro station lines nearby. Hotel was great - warm welcome and comfortable rooms. We were told at reception that the sun beats down on the hotel and be mindful with curtains open so we took heed and kept our blinds closed with kept the aircon in good working order! Standout was the efforts the team went to to make us feel special. The guest experience manager Franziska was phenomenal and really made our stay extraordinary! She learned about our wedding anniversary and arranged a special treat in our room, personalised our stay and really allowed us to celebrate our milestone wedding anniversary in style!! Certainly a stay to remember thanks to her!
