10.0We stayed at this hotel for a week in July, 2026. The hotel staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The concierge staff was the best ever, most notably Jacques. He was incredibly helpful and truly passionate about his work. He was all around wonderful, as were all of the concierge staff.
Wonderful stay in Quebec City!
10.0We stayed here with our two teenagers for two nights and were so pleased with our choice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating with our questions and any requests. One staff member who went above and beyond was M. Jacques. He was so patient as we tried to find a restaurant for dinner that the whole family could agree upon (not easy!). He provided many options and also gave us an itinerary for the following day when we had plans to explore the city. Thank you Jacques for making our stay in Quebec City extra special. Magnifique!
Wonderful stay, with fantastic staff!
10.0We had a lovely stay for 4 nights. Our suite was very comfortable, and we could see the Chateau from our windows. The multi-lingual staff were accommodating, gracious, and professional. A stand-out among them was Monsieur Jacques, who greeted us at the entrance each day, and provided excellent local advice on our daily excursions. Thank you so much Jacques and Hotel PUR for a wonderful first visit to Quebec City. We hope to return again soon!
