8.0Staff were excellent. Customer service excellent as well. We were not satisfied with the very small room overlooking the roof with the mechanical structures. Called front desk. Literally, within minutes the manager arrived and offered us keys to a much better room. Even gave so a great basket of fruit and goodies for the inconvenience. Staff in breakfast room very friendly. Kept place clean. Pleased to see hiring of people with all levels of abilities.

Great location near metro, varied breakfast, comfy beds and functional and compact gym.
