We love Mikey’s!
8.0We have stayed at the Palm Garden several times because it is a short drive to Cal Lutheran where our daughter goes to school. We are leaving a review this time because we are so happy with the new breakfast collaboration with Mikey’s. What an upgrade!
A Calming and Relaxing Stay
10.0We recently stayed at the Palm Garden hotel as our daughter was getting married in Camarillo. I emailed the hotel to see about an early check in. I quickly received an email back from a hotel manager letting me know that would not be a problem at all. When I told him the reason for our visit, he gave us a complimentary room upgrade for a garden view room- he replied that he knew how much time, effort, planning goes into planning a wedding and he wanted us to have a nicer view while we were there!! So nice, and so unexpected! Our room was lovely- and the garden and calming sounds of the fountain were so nice! The complimentary breakfasts were also good! We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the grounds were pretty, and the service-amazing!!! Thank you Daniel and your staff for making our daughter's wedding weekend such a joy and pleasure! Hopefully, will visit again sometime!!!

Beautiful Venue for Family Gathering
10.0Palm Gardens Hotel is a remarkable venue for a family gathering or event. Our family recently held a memorial and family reunion there with four generations gathering to meet, remember and enjoy each other’s company. It was a beautiful weekend. Nicole, our event coordinator and all the staff of the Palm Gardens did a fabulous job to make this event successful and the whole weekend a great experience for the young and old. We’d like to say, “Thank you”, to all the staff for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
Very Nice Hotel
8.0This is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and our room was lovely and quiet. Parking seems like it could be an issue when there's an event at the hotel; it's next to a strip mall kind of place, and the hotel has a popular bar/restaurant attached. You need to be on very good terms with the person sharing your room, because the trendy sliding barn door to the bathroom does not close all the way.
Colder than a cold thing on a cold day in COLDSVILLE.
2.0After a 22 year career as a Royal Marine Commando - 6 of which was spent as a Mountain and Artic Warfare specialist I can confidently state that nothing prepared me for how cold the 'heated' pool was at this hotel. I can confirm that the pool was not heated. The pool vehemently rejected HEAT. The pool has never seen the Michael Mann film HEAT. Any HEAT in the pool left when it felt the HEAT coming around the corner. The HEAT had no attachments. It left 30 seconds after seeing me and my family check in.
