Great two-week stay – special mention for Oscar!
10.0We stayed here for two weeks in a double queen room and had a really enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and was a great base for our family holiday. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but we have to give a special mention to Oscar at breakfast. He was absolutely excellent! He made sure we had everything we needed each morning, was always friendly and efficient, and really got to know us during our two-week stay. It was always nice to see him in the morning and have a chat. Oscar is a real asset to the hotel and made a genuine difference to our stay. The hotel also very kindly provided two gift bags of treats for our children, who were celebrating their 21st and 17th birthdays. This was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture and was really appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you to all the staff, and especially Oscar, for making us feel so welcome!
