1.0Nothing staff was really rude and they laugh at you if you complain
− The front desk staff was really rude. When I complained about the clogging She said she don’t care and she cannot do anything about clogging there’s no one here at the hotel to unclog the bathtub so you have to live like that
It was still nice there

− Just need the ice machine to work it was broke and there mini fridge inside the room wasn’t real cold

− No housekeeping after asking hence room not made up. One of the bed was broken, so we got back pain
Good hotel, not far from Great American with a nice pool and jacuzzi, and breakfast!
8.0I liked that the pool was a nice temperature, there was a jacuzzi, a nice courtyard, and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were in good condition.
− I wish the bed wasn't soo close to the AC.
