I'd Sleep Under a Bridge B4 Staying at this Nasty place again!
1.0One of the maintenance men was very helpful. Everything else SUCKED!
− The hotel looked as though it should be demolished. Mold in tubs, around sinks and toilets. The wallpaper was peeling feom the walls in both the rooms and the hallways. The hotel was filthy. The first room I was given had men's clothing hanging in the closet, and the bed had been SLEPT in! All of the bed skirts were tucked under the mattresses. The hotel was very musty. It was a horrible nightmare from start to finish. They moved me three times because the rooms were horrible (the second room reeked of urine, and the toilet was nasty...like hadn't been flushed of poop nasty! Complaints to the OWNER resulted in being told that he didn't need our business! We had 15 rooms and the event space rented! I moved to another motel, but other out of town guests had to tough it out! I tried to get in touch with booking.com to have my money refunded, but after being on hold for 37 minutes, the CSR answered the phone with a quick "hello" ans immediately hung up before I could even respond. One od the worst experiences of my 60 year life!

− Hotel overall had a very bad smell. The decor is aging and wall paper is peeling off the walls. The room was not clean - carpet was sticky and appeared to have not been vacuumed properly for some time. Breakfast options were limited and key items, such as butter and juice, weren't always available.
