8.0Het is een schoon appartement met een wat verouderde inrichting. De ligging t.o.v. het centrum is goed. Je kunt lopend naar de restaurants. Wel is het daardoor ook tot later in de avond wat levendiger op straat, wat je goed hoort als je met het raam (voorzien van hor) open slaapt.
