5.0Not much to like, but the bed was actually comfy and there wasn't a lot of noise, even though it was the weekend. Maybe I was lucky to get a room towards the back.
− I arrive to this very crowded and dark street, there is no sign whatsoever. I see a window smashed by a rock and that happens to be the hotel I am going into. Not a great first sight. A staff member lets me in (I guess, as the person doesn't speak English and I don't speak Greek), and then the next day I see a man fixing the window with cardboard. That was all the interaction I had in person. Someone was present online to give me some info, which is good, but not good enough. I wouldn't recommend this place, honestly.

Beautiful place in the heart of Athens
8.0The room's location is right in the heart of Athens, in a safe neighbourhood surrounded by nice cafes and bars. The room was very spacious, comfy, and had a beautiful balcony and modern facilities. Antonis at reception was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He makes this place truly remarkable.
− A few maintenance issues, probably on the way to being fixed: the shower is permanently jammed; we had to ask for help to get it working. If nobody was around, we wouldn’t have made it work. Additionally, the balcony doors' wheels were broken, making them extremely heavy to open.

− The wifi was so weak later in the evening as to be unusable. The 2 power sockets by the bed for some reason stopped working on our 2nd day - a problem as we'd intended to have charged phones
